We’re a small team, and we handle every message personally. We do our best to process orders and respond to questions as quickly as possible, but please allow a little time — we promise we’re working on it.

  • Processing times vary by product and are listed on each item’s page. Please allow a 1–2 business day grace period before reaching out, as some handmade or small-batch items may take a little extra time to prepare.


  • Shipping estimates are available on each product page and vary depending on location and supplier. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days beyond the estimated timeframe before contacting us, especially during busy seasons or holidays.

  • Currently we are only shipping with the 48 states in the USA (Hawaii and Alaska are next on our list!)


  • Please contact us as soon as your order arrives if it is damaged. Include clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll send return instructions and process your refund once the item is received. All refunds must be initiated within 21 business days of the purchase date.

    Currently we do not process refunds unless the product is damaged.


  • We’re still in the early stages of building our donation partnerships. Each quarter, once sales are reconciled, we’ll reach out to our community on social media to help select the organizations that best align with our four focus areas — housing and shelter, food access, youth mental health, and environmental sustainability. Transparency is key, so we’ll share updates publicly after each donation cycle.

  • We ship using minimal, no-frills packaging to reduce waste. Whenever possible, we use recyclable or compostable materials and avoid excess fillers or plastics. We are not perfect, but are working on this to ensure sustainability.


  • Because many of our items are made-to-order or produced in small batches, we currently accept returns only for damaged or defective products. Please double-check sizing, materials, and dimensions on product pages before purchase.
